Q: How are the windows cleaned?
A: Our professional staff hand washes the windows using the squeegee method or water-fed tucker pole method using eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes, all of our staff have full WCB and liability insurance.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We service all of Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

Q: How often should I have my windows cleaned?
A: Most of our clients have their windows washed inside and out every year - some have the outside cleaned at least twice a year.
Q: How will rain affect my clean windows?
A: It may disturb the dust on your windowsills and make them look less than clean. Clean windows are not usually affected by the rain (with the exception of basement well-windows after a heavy downpour).
Q: What kind of buildings do you service?
A: We service strata, commercial, high rise, storefront, and residential buildings.
Q: How often should I have my rain gutters cleaned?
A: If you have tall trees around your house, your eaves should be cleaned at least once a year.
